Refund Policy:

If you receive a bracelet that is damaged, defective, or has any quality issues, we are here to make it right. In such cases, please contact us at ruestrand.help@gmail.com or use our contact form within 14 days of receiving your item. We’ll gladly offer a full refund for any damaged or defective products.


How to Request a Refund:

2. Our customer service team will review your request and, if approved, issue a refund to your original payment method.
